EVOA Appoints Marine Industry Veteran Rob Loucks as Chief Operating Officer
ORLANDO, Fla. — June 23, 2026 — EVOA LLC, a leading provider of high-performance electric propulsion systems for the marine industry, today announced the appointment of Rob Loucks as Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective June 17, 2026.
In his role as COO, Loucks will oversee company operations, strategic growth initiatives, commercialization efforts, manufacturing readiness, and organizational development.
A pivotal pairing in the company’s growth as it advances the commercialization of its proprietary electric propulsion systems and expands engagement with marine OEMs.
Loucks brings more than 30 years of leadership experience spanning product development, engineering, manufacturing, customer service, and operational excellence. Prior to joining EVOA, he spent more than three decades with Skier’s Choice, where he held a variety of senior leadership positions and played an instrumental role in the growth and evolution of the company’s Supra and Moomba brands.
Throughout his career, Loucks led initiatives ranging from product research and development to production optimization, customer experience enhancement, and market launch execution. His leadership helped establish Supra as one of the world’s premier towed watersports brands while driving innovation across multiple product generations. Loucks currently serves as a member on multiple Project Technical Committees for the American Boat & Yacht Council (ABYC) and has worked on a multitude of committees for the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) such as the CSI steering committee, the Next Gen Working group and is currently an active member and former Chairman of the Boat and Yacht Compliance Committee and a member of the Boating Industry Risk Management Council (BIRMC). His work at the national level has helped advance safety, technical, and compliance standards across the marine industry.
